In a large mixing bowl, combine vegetable oil, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper. Stir well until the sauce is thoroughly mixed.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss them in the sauce, making sure they are evenly coated.
Place the chicken wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Transfer the baking sheet to the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until the wings are cooked through and crispy, flipping them halfway through cooking.
Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes.
If desired, garnish the wings with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
