Ingredients

  • 800 g Chicken Wings
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 3 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tsp Ginger Grated
  • Salt To taste
  • Black Pepper To taste
  • Green Onions Garnish
  • Sesame Seeds Garnish

Instructions

  • Begin by preheating your oven to 200°C (400°F) and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine vegetable oil, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper. Stir well until the sauce is thoroughly mixed.
  • Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss them in the sauce, making sure they are evenly coated.
  • Place the chicken wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Transfer the baking sheet to the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until the wings are cooked through and crispy, flipping them halfway through cooking.
  • Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes.
  • If desired, garnish the wings with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
  • These Sriracha Chicken Wings can be served hot as an appetiser or main dish.
