Ingredients

  • 800 g Chicken Wings
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • Coriander for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, ground black pepper, salt, paprika, and onion powder.
  • Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the marinade.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, allowing the flavours to meld.
  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan) or gas mark 6.
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Arrange the marinated chicken wings on the prepared baking tray in a single layer, ensuring they are not crowded.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the wings are cooked through and golden brown, flipping them halfway through cooking.
  • Once cooked, transfer the chicken wings to a serving platter.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
