Ingredients

  • 1 kg Chicken Wings
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • 50 g Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Parsley
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
  • Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
  • While the wings are baking, heat a small pan over medium heat and add a bit of olive oil.
  • Sauté the finely chopped garlic until fragrant and golden, being careful not to burn it.
  • Once the wings are cooked, transfer them to a large bowl.
