In a spacious bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and freshly ground black pepper to create the marinade for the chicken wings.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl, ensuring each piece is fully coated in the marinade. Let the chicken rest for at least 2 hours. If possible, marinate overnight to enhance the depth of flavours.
Preheat your grill to a medium heat, approximately 175-200°C.
Once the grill is ready, place the marinated chicken wings on it. Grill the wings for about 10 minutes on each side or until they turn a beautiful golden-brown colour and are thoroughly cooked.
