  • 1 kg Chicken Wings
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
  • Salt To taste
  • Black Pepper To taste
  • Parsley For garnish


  • In a spacious bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and freshly ground black pepper to create the marinade for the chicken wings.
  • Add the chicken wings to the bowl, ensuring each piece is fully coated in the marinade. Let the chicken rest for at least 2 hours. If possible, marinate overnight to enhance the depth of flavours.
  • Preheat your grill to a medium heat, approximately 175-200°C.
  • Once the grill is ready, place the marinated chicken wings on it. Grill the wings for about 10 minutes on each side or until they turn a beautiful golden-brown colour and are thoroughly cooked.
  • After cooking, transfer the chicken wings to a serving platter. Before serving, garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Your homemade grilled chicken wings are now ready to be enjoyed!
