These oven-baked chicken wings are marinated in a tomato-based sauce and then roasted until juicy and tender. A delectable starter for game night or big gatherings to keep everyone happy.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Chicken Wings with skin
  • 50 g Yoghurt
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Crushed Chillies
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 3 tbsp Tomato Puree
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  • In a large bowl add the marinade ingredients and mix until all the ingredients are evenly combined
  • Add the chicken wings to the marinade and fully coat the wings.
  • Place a single layer of the chicken wings on top of a baking tray with a wire rack
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) or gas mark 6 for 20 minutes
  • Baste with melted butter or oil then flip the wings over and bake for a further 20 minutes
  • Pair with a side of oven fries and enjoy!
