Baked Chicken Wings
These oven-baked chicken wings are marinated in a tomato-based sauce and then roasted until juicy and tender. A delectable starter for game night or big gatherings to keep everyone happy.

1 kg Chicken Wings with skin 50 g Yoghurt 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Crushed Chillies 1 tsp Cumin Powder 1 tsp Paprika 3 tbsp Tomato Puree 2 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tbsp Garlic Paste 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
In a large bowl add the marinade ingredients and mix until all the ingredients are evenly combined
Add the chicken wings to the marinade and fully coat the wings.
Place a single layer of the chicken wings on top of a baking tray with a wire rack
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) or gas mark 6 for 20 minutes
Baste with melted butter or oil then flip the wings over and bake for a further 20 minutes
Pair with a side of oven fries and enjoy!
