Ingredients

  • 6 Tomatoes
  • 1 Onions
  • Handful Cilantro
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  • Finely dice the tomatoes and the red onion
  • Finely chop the coriander and the jalapeno pepper
  • Add all the chopped ingredients into a bowl and mix everything until well combined
  • Add the salt and the lemon juice and mix in
  • Serve alongside some tortilla chips and enjoy!
