Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Breast Cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Crushed Chillies Adjust to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Parsley Chopped for garnish

Instructions

  • Combine the minced garlic, salt, black pepper, dried oregano, dried thyme, and red pepper flakes in a mixing bowl.
  • Place bite-sized chicken pieces into the bowl, tossing them thoroughly to coat with the seasoning mixture. Allow the chicken to marinate for approximately 10 minutes.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add the marinated chicken pieces to the skillet, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. It might be necessary to cook the chicken in batches.
  • Cook the chicken for roughly 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked with a pleasing golden-brown hue. Verify that the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 75°C (165°F).
  • Once the chicken is cooked, take it out of the skillet and set it aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Reintroduce the cooked chicken to the skillet, gently tossing it in the melted garlic butter for a few minutes to achieve even coating.
  • Remove from heat and embellish with freshly chopped parsley.
  • Present the Garlic Butter Chicken Bites while still hot, serving them as an appetizer, snack, or main dish alongside your preferred side accompaniments.
