Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat until it reaches a high temperature.
Incorporate the finely chopped onions into the heated oil and sauté for 4-5 minutes until they become tender.
Add the minced garlic cloves to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Sprinkle in the salt, chili powder, and turmeric powder, and cook the spices for 3-4 minutes.
Add the diced tomatoes to the mixture and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes.
Add the canned tuna and continue cooking for 5-7 minutes.
Add the thinly sliced green chilies and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Serve promptly with homemade chapatti on the side and savour the meal!
