This tortilla pizza recipe is a simple way to prepare a scrumptious pizza that is perfect for supper with the family, works well as an appetiser, and is light enough to serve as a snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tortilla
  • 2 tbsp Pizza Sauce
  • 1/2 Bell Pepper
  • 1 handful Tomatoes Cherry, Cut in half
  • 30 g Sweetcorn
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 50 g Cheese Mozzarella
  • 1 pinch Oregano
  • 1 pinch Crushed Chillies

Instructions

  • Place a tortilla on a pizza pan then spread on the pizza sauce all over the tortilla
  • Add on your preferred toppings, followed by mozzarella cheese and a pinch of dried oregano and crushed chillies
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) gas mark 4 for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted
  • Serve as a quick snack and enjoy!
