Ingredients

  • 250 g Egg Noodles
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • Coriander For garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions until they are al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat a pan over medium heat and add the vegetable oil. Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and sauté it for approximately 1-2 minutes until it becomes fragrant. Be cautious not to let it brown.
  • Transfer the cooked noodles into the pan with the garlic-infused oil and give them a good toss to coat them evenly.
  • In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and black pepper.
  • Pour the sauce mixture over the noodles and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes, ensuring that the noodles are thoroughly coated with the sauce.
  • Serve the hot Garlic Noodles, optionally garnished with fresh coriander leaves.
