Create a delicious meal with crisp French fries loaded with bite-size chicken pieces oozing with melted mozzarella cheese. Hot chips loaded with all your favourite things.

Ingredients

Marinade

  • 500 g Chicken boneless
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tbsp Tandoori Masala
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Crushed Chillies

Stir Fry

  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Bell Pepper Green
  • 1 Bell Pepper Red
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • Cheese Mozzarella
  • Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Cut the boneless chicken into small pieces
  • In a bowl add all the marinade ingredients to the boneless chicken then mix the spices until well combined
  • In a pan cook the chicken for 10 minutes on medium heat
  • As the chicken is cooking slice the onions and julienne the bell peppers.
  • Add the bell peppers and onions to the chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes
  • Add the tomato ketchup and mix to combine
  • Prepare your fries and once cooked add into broil proof dish
  • Add the chicken mixture on top and top with mozzarella cheese
  • Broil for 2-3 minutes until the cheese has melted then top with black pepper.
  • Serve your chicken loaded fries immediately and enjoy!
