Marinade 500 g Chicken boneless 1 tbsp Oil 1 tbsp Garlic Paste 1 tsp Chilli Powder 1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Turmeric Powder 1 tsp Coriander Powder 1 tbsp Tandoori Masala 1 tbsp Lemon Juice 1 tsp Crushed Chillies Stir Fry 1 Onion 1 Bell Pepper Green 1 Bell Pepper Red 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup Cheese Mozzarella Black Pepper
Cut the boneless chicken into small pieces
In a bowl add all the marinade ingredients to the boneless chicken then mix the spices until well combined
In a pan cook the chicken for 10 minutes on medium heat
As the chicken is cooking slice the onions and julienne the bell peppers.
Add the bell peppers and onions to the chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes
Add the tomato ketchup and mix to combine
Prepare your fries and once cooked add into broil proof dish
Add the chicken mixture on top and top with mozzarella cheese
Broil for 2-3 minutes until the cheese has melted then top with black pepper.
Serve your chicken loaded fries immediately and enjoy!
