1Green Chillies

Instructions
In a pan heat up the olive oil on medium heat until hot
Add the chopped tomatoes and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes until softened
Add the salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, and the chopped green chillies then cook the spices for 3-4 minutes
Add the eggs and stir continuously on medium heat for 4-5 minutes until the eggs are cooked through
Garnish with the chopped coriander
Serve alongside some homemade chapattis and enjoy!
