1 Egg 2 tbsp Sugar 200 ml Milk 200 g Plain Flour 1 tbsp Baking Powder ½ tsp Salt 50 g Butter Melted 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
In a bowl add the plain flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt then whisk until well combined
In a separate bowl add the milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and egg then whisk until all the ingredients are combined
Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and whisk until there are no lumps
On a skillet pan use a ladle to pour the batter into the pan then cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes flipping after each side has browned
Top with a drizzle of golden syrup or chocolate sauce and enjoy!
