Pizza Sauce

400 g Tomatoes 50 ml Olive Oil 1 tsp Oregano 1 tsp Basil 1 tsp Crushed Chillies 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Black Pepper 1 tsp Sugar 1 tsp Italian Herb Seasoning 1 tsp Garlic Paste
Roughly chop the tomatoes and add into a food processer then blend tomatoes until a smooth paste is formed
In a pan heat up the oil over medium heat until hot
Add the garlic paste and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant
Add the crushed chillies, Italian herb seasoning, oregano and basil then sauté again for 1 minute
Pour in in the blended tomatoes paste then bring to a gentle bubble and allow to simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes on low heat
Add the salt, pepper and sugar then cook for a few minutes
Use on top of pizza dough for a delicious treat and enjoy!
