800 g Potatoes peeled and cut into even chunks 3 tbsp Olive Oil 3 Cloves Garlic minced 1 tsp Thyme Dried 1 tsp Rosemary Dried 1 tsp Salt ½ tsp Black Pepper
Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan) or 400°F.
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Add the potato chunks to the bowl and toss them in the seasoned oil mixture until they are well coated.
Spread the potatoes evenly on a baking tray, ensuring they are in a single layer.
Roast in the oven for 40–45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the potatoes are golden and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
