Ingredients
  

  • 800 g Potatoes peeled and cut into even chunks
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 Cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Thyme Dried
  • 1 tsp Rosemary Dried
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan) or 400°F.
  • In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the potato chunks to the bowl and toss them in the seasoned oil mixture until they are well coated.
  • Spread the potatoes evenly on a baking tray, ensuring they are in a single layer.
  • Roast in the oven for 40–45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the potatoes are golden and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
  • Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
