50 g Peanuts 2 Red Chillies deseeded 1 clove Garlic 1/2 Lime juiced 1/2 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds 1 tsp Olive Oil Water as needed
In a dry frying pan, roast the peanuts over medium heat until they are lightly browned and fragrant. Remove from heat and let them cool.
In a blender, combine the roasted peanuts, deseeded red chillies, garlic clove, lime juice, salt, and cumin seeds.
Blend the mixture while gradually adding water until it reaches your desired consistency.
Heat olive oil in a small pan and add the blended mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl and serve with your favourite snacks or as a condiment.
