Ingredients
  

  • 50 g Peanuts
  • 2 Red Chillies deseeded
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1/2 Lime juiced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • Water as needed

Instructions

  • In a dry frying pan, roast the peanuts over medium heat until they are lightly browned and fragrant. Remove from heat and let them cool.
  • In a blender, combine the roasted peanuts, deseeded red chillies, garlic clove, lime juice, salt, and cumin seeds.
  • Blend the mixture while gradually adding water until it reaches your desired consistency.
  • Heat olive oil in a small pan and add the blended mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl and serve with your favourite snacks or as a condiment.
