Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Chicken Breast
  • 150 g Plain Flour
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • Salt To taste
  • Black Pepper To taste
  • Vegetable Oil For frying
  • 150 ml BBQ Sauce

Instructions

  • Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Dredge the chicken pieces in the flour mixture, making sure they are coated evenly.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.
  • Fry the chicken pieces until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Drain the fried chicken on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  • In a separate pan, warm the BBQ sauce.
  • Toss the fried chicken in the warm BBQ sauce until they are well coated.
  • Serve the BBQ boneless wings hot and enjoy!
