  • 200 g Sugar Granulated
  • 60 ml Milk Whole
  • 30 g Cocoa Powder
  • 100 g Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Begin by measuring the oats in a large mixing bowl and setting them aside.
  • Over low heat in a medium-sized saucepan, melt the unsalted butter.
  • Incorporate the granulated sugar, whole milk, and cocoa powder into the melted butter, ensuring a thorough mix. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil and allow it to simmer for approximately 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat source and promptly introduce the peanut butter and vanilla extract. Stir until the peanut butter completely melts, resulting in a smooth mixture.
  • Transfer the chocolate peanut butter mixture to the oats in the mixing bowl, making sure to coat the oats evenly.
  • Use a spoon to drop spoonful’s of the mixture onto parchment paper or a baking sheet, forming cookies. Allow them to cool and set for roughly 30 minutes.
