Ingredients

  • 500 g Lamb Boneless, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 150 g Yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1- inch Ginger Grated
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp Ground Coriander
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • Salt To Taste
  • Coriander For garnish
  • Lemon Wedges For serving

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, ground cumin, ground coriander, turmeric powder, paprika, chili powder, garam masala, and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly until you have a smooth marinade.
  • Add the lamb pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or for the best results, marinate overnight.
  • Preheat your grill or oven to a high temperature (approximately 220°C or 430°F).
  • Thread the marinated lamb pieces onto skewers.
  • Place the skewers on the grill or in the oven and cook for approximately 15-20 minutes, turning them occasionally, until the lamb is cooked through and has a delightful char.
  • Sprinkle with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot, accompanied by lemon wedges. Enjoy!
