Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Egg Noodles
  • 40 g Butter Unsalted
  • 1/2 tsp Salt To taste
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • Parmesan Cheese For garnish
  • Parsley Chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  • Take a large saucepan and fill it with water, adding a pinch of salt. Proceed to bring the water to a rolling boil.
  • Once the water is boiling, introduce the noodles and cook them according to the instructions on the packaging or until they are al dente texture. Typically, this will take around 8-10 minutes.
  • While the noodles are simmering away, gently melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
  • After the noodles have reached their ideal consistency, drain them and return them to the pot.
  • Pour the melted butter over the cooked noodles and toss them meticulously to ensure even coating.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of salt and a dash of black pepper onto the noodles and give them another thorough toss.
  • Divide the buttered noodles onto individual serving plates.
  • Garnish with a generous sprinkling of grated Parmesan cheese and finely chopped fresh parsley.
  • Serve the buttered noodles promptly as a delightful side dish or a speedy main course.
