Ingredients

  • 200g ripe Bananas
  • 400 ml Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Honey Optional
  • Ice Cubes Optional

Instructions

  • Peel the bananas and break them into chunks. Place the banana chunks in the blender.
  • Add the milk, vanilla extract, and honey (if using) to the blender.
  • If you prefer a chilled milkshake, add a few ice cubes to the blender.
  • Blend the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. This should take about 1-2 minutes.
  • Pour the banana milkshake into two glasses, garnish with whipped cream and serve immediately.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, substitute the whole milk with almond milk, coconut milk, or any other plant-based milk of your choice.
You can adjust the thickness of the milkshake by adding more or less milk, depending on your preference.
If you'd like to add extra flavour, try adding a pinch of ground cinnamon or nutmeg to the blender.
