Nutrition: per serving

  • 200 g Oreos Crushed
  • 60 g Butter Unsalted and melted
  • 500 g Cream Cheese Softened
  • 150 g Sugar Granulated
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 200 ml Sour Cream
  • 100 g Oreos Coarsely chopped

  • Begin by preheating your oven to 160°C (325°F) and preparing a square baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Take a bowl and mix together the crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of the lined baking dish to form the crust.
  • In another bowl, blend together the cream cheese and granulated sugar until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Incorporate the eggs one by one, ensuring thorough mixing after each addition. Add in the vanilla extract and mix well.
  • Gently fold in the sour cream and coarsely chopped Oreo cookies into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared Oreo crust in the baking dish.
  • Bake the cheesecake in the preheated oven for approximately 25 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center has a slight jiggle.
  • Once baked, remove the cheesecake from the oven and allow it to cool to room temperature. Then, transfer it to the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 2 hours to set.
  • After chilling, cut the cheesecake into bars and serve. Indulge in these delectable Oreo Cheesecake Bars!
