Ingredients

  • 500 g Potatoes Peeled and cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Begin by preheating your oven to 200°C (180°C fan/gas mark 6).
  • Take a large mixing bowl and combine the potato chunks, minced garlic, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the potato mixture and toss everything together until the potatoes are thoroughly coated with the oil and seasonings.
  • Spread the well-seasoned potatoes evenly on a baking tray.
  • Roast them in the preheated oven for approximately 30-35 minutes or until the potatoes turn crispy and achieve a golden brown colour. Remember to stir occasionally for even cooking.
  • Once they’re ready, remove the garlic-infused roasted potatoes from the oven and serve them while still hot. Enjoy!
